    Extremely Disappointing Experience

    I cannot recommend this property. Upon arrival and self check-in, we immediately discovered that the apartment was not the same as the one advertised on Booking.com. The accommodation differed significantly from the photos shown during the booking process. The cleanliness of the apartment was completely unacceptable. There were visible stains and hairs on the sofa near the entrance, and the overall condition of the apartment appeared dirty and poorly maintained. It was clear that the property had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. We contacted the property manager immediately, but our call was not answered and we never received a callback. Due to the condition of the apartment, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation at our own expense on the same day. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of support afterwards. Despite providing photographic evidence and proof of additional accommodation costs, only a minimal refund was offered. This experience caused significant inconvenience, additional expenses, and unnecessary stress. The property was not as advertised, was not clean, and the management was unreachable when assistance was needed most.
