    Excellent stay, very responsive owner, 10/10

    Location close to the beach, train station as well for NOVA Academy, NCIA Academy and PingoDoce grocery stores. Kitchen fully prepared, A/C in the main bedroom, it's a plus if you need extra fresh air during the heat waves.

    All good, maybe A\C its needed in the living room to have more confort during the summer heat waves.

    Não tem estacionamento incluído na tarifa mesmo aparecendo no booking que tem. Quando faz a reserva, depois de pagar, vem a informação na confirmação de que não tem. Então, quem precisar de estacionamento terá que pagar mais EUR 15,00 por dia, o que não corresponde ao anúncio no Booking.
