Pessima esperienza. Statene alla larga

Pessima esperienza. Il viaggio era con altri 2 amici in occasione della mezza maratona di Cardiff. Prenotato mesi fa quindi con largo anticipo, contattato il proprietario 5 giorni prima dell'arrivo per comunicare l'orario e ricevere indicazioni, mi spiega come poter prendere le chiavi e l'orario per il check-out. Fino a quel punto tutto ok. Una volta arrivati, l'amara sorpresa: aveva affittato ad altre persone. Lo contatto prontamente e dopo le scuse iniziali mi dice che avrebbe prenotato a sue spese una nuova struttura, ci mettiamo d'accordo sul nuovo hotel, mi faccio mettere per scritto sulla applicazione di Booking quanto mi stava dicendo e ci spostiamo al nuovo hotel. Arrivati lì non vi era alcuna prenotazione fatta da questo individuo, quindi chiamo Booking e la signorina (molto gentile) mi dice che il proprietario della precedente struttura si rifiuta di pagare la nuova prenotazione. Morale...abbiamo dovuto fare nuova prenotazione e sostenere interamente i costi. Booking dopo pochi giorni mi ha ridato quanto avevo pagato per la prima prima struttura oltre un bonus per quanto successo, comunque ci abbiamo rimesso oltre 150 sterline. Sconsiglio assolutamente questa struttura, statene alla larga.

The house itself is very nicely done up. Lots of space..The beds are very comfortable.. The kitchen is nicely stocked with the essentials. Also a lovely little backyard. Felt like home

Definitely home from home
Had a lovely stay for 2 nights in this beautiful house. Had everything we needed. Lovely decor and definitely felt like home from home. Great contact with the host. Would choose to stay again thank you 😊

A very comfortable stay that more than met our requirements. Good value for money.
Very clean and comfortable ; house presented well. Host Lloyd responded promptly. A local store was nearby for supplies and Indian/Chinese takeaways were nearby too. We all slept well.
In an ideal world there would have been an extra downstairs loo.

Only one toilet but that's the nature of these houses.
