  Die Wohnung war sehr schön, braucht aber dringend eine Überarbeitung und kontinuierliche Prüfung durch das Management. P

  Großzügig geschnitten, sehr gute Lage, die Möblierung war in der Grundausstattung hochwertig, die Grundreinigung der Wohnung war gut, der Kontakt zum Host war unproblematisch und freundlich.

  Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird nicht gepflegt: der Couchtisch war sehr unansehnlich und defekt, alle Gardinen, Vorhänge und Kissenbezüge waren stark verschmutzt, es gab keine zusammengehörigen Gläser-Sets (Weingläser- nicht mal 3 Stück!) , auf dem einen Sofa lag eine Decke wegen der vielen Flecken auf dem Sofabezug. Es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine! Kapselmaschine ohne Kapseln braucht man nicht!

  A perfect apartment for us, close to everything we needed and an amazing host. Perfect!!

  The location was perfect for us, close to everything we needed. Nuria was a perfect host. She talked us through everything we needed to know about the property and gave us plenty of tips for places to visit and places to eat. She was amazing!

  There was nothing we didn’t like about this property. The A/C wasn’t working when we arrived but, our host Nuria, made sure we had portable units for the bedroom. The A/C was fixed the next morning! Super quick!

  The apartment itself was good. The experience wasnt

  Our stay was unfortunately affected by a complete water outage in the apartment. For an entire day, there was no running water at all, meaning we could not shower, use the toilets normally or access water from the taps. We understand that a water outage can happen and that this may not have been something the accommodation could control. What disappointed us was how the situation was handled afterwards. We contacted the accommodation because we needed practical information and assistance while the apartment had no water. Unfortunately, no practical solution was offered to us. One of us was feeling unwell that day, which made the lack of access to water particularly inconvenient, but the issue was much broader than simply having no drinking water. We could not use the toilets normally and had to buy bottled water ourselves, including water to flush the toilets. However, what left the biggest negative impression was the communication with the manager, André. Rather than helping to de-escalate an already frustrating situation, we felt that the communication became increasingly defensive and confrontational. At no point were we blaming André or the accommodation for the water outage itself. We simply expected some understanding and reasonable assistance while staying in an apartment without a basic necessity. We found the tone of the communication particularly disappointing. When something unexpected goes wrong during a stay, we believe good customer service is about acknowledging the inconvenience, showing understanding and trying to find a practical solution. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite: we felt that the situation was escalated rather than de-escalated. The issue for us was therefore not primarily the lack of compensation, but the way we were treated and spoken to as customers.

  The stay was very good

  The location of the unit was very good as it was close to the city centre and other attractions The host provided us with several restaurant recommendations that were excellent

  The air-conditioning failing during the stay, probably due to the extreme heat (37) the city was experiencing The problem was that all three of the wall units in the apartment are feed from the same condenser that was located on the balcony which was exposed to the high ambient heat.
