    It was very clean and Susan was a very welcoming host

    It would be nice to have a lounge area to sit in as the dining area didn’t really lend itself to this

    Very friendly welcome from Susan, the Host. Large and comfy single bed, desk, handy bedside table and lots of storage. Drinks station with large jug of water a nice touch. Good size bathroom and shower. Breakfast was served at my preferred time and to my order and came with home baked bread - what a treat. Susan also looked after my very wet walking shoes and made sure they dried. Location is handy for Canterbury East station.

    Space between bed and bathroom is a bit narrow. Deco somewhat faded, but perfectly in line with the prize.
