  Cosy chalet in holiday village walking distance from sandy beach

  Jan and Rob are utterly determined to give their guests every comfort imaginable! Rob drove out to help us when we couldnt lock the patio doors and offered to turn on the heating when the temperature dipped. The kitchen is so well equipped - everything you could imagine and a lot more. Only a 7 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Cosy warm beds (and a spare lightweight duvet if needed) and lots of information about local places of interest in drawers cupboards and in a big folder. The visitors book was full of lovely comments from happy people who have obviously been more than once to enjoy this cosy little chalet on the Freshwater East Holiday Village. Also an incredibly generous amount of food and drink left for us not to mention lots of very naughty snacks which we found hard to resist. Such a kind welcoming gesture which shows that Jan and Rob really care about making their guests stays as enjoyable as possibl

  No fault of Jan or Rob at all and I hope they dont see this as negative. My friend and I are tall and so we found the premises rather cramped especially in the bathroom. The other slight issue we had was the lack of storage space for food we had brought with us for self catering and for clothes in the second bedroom as there is no wardrobe. I know Jan and Rob love making the accommodation cosy with character and ornaments but having some empty spaces could be achieved if some items were removed or rearranged eg in the dining area cupboards and the corner unit in the bedroom. Just suggestions and of course these are minor details...

  Very good stay . Ideal for what we wanted as we attend a wedding about 3 mins from the cottage

  Clean , had all the necessary equipment that we needed . A very good goodie basket left .

  The only thing we found which in no way hampered the stay really was that the bathroom was really small . We managed for just us two though

  Everything about this stay was exceptional the house was immaculate upon entry, very quiet location but not far away from anywhere. Hosts were a pleasure to deal with you can tell alot of effort has been put into making this feel as comfortable as possible for your stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit around this area.
