Stayed one night. Didn’t have a chance to enjoy amenities. Too cool for the pool, but looked very nice.
Very clean & tidy.

Crap rooms ,overpriced poor customer service
Location
We checked in and wanted to get the most out of our stay seeing as our room cost $200. We ate and had cocktails at moguls and eveything was enjoyable , our bill there was over $200. I did think it was a bit unprofessional watching the bartender make drinks, poor the leftovers in a cup and drink then behind the bar, but that’s whatever. We wanted to utilize our fireplace in our room, that didn’t work . We tried to call the front desk for assistance from Our room phone as cell service was spotty that didn’t work. Upon connecting to the front desk, he said he left a voicemail on our room phone , no, no he didn’t because our room phone didn’t work. He said the fireplace was broken, ok fine sucks we paid to have one but we’ll survive. The heat in our room, also didn’t work we froze all night and woke up and our room temp was 62 degrees . So we decide to make coffee , and low and behold no coffee(maybe that’s not included but I’ve never seen a hotel that didn’t have coffee packets) I am just sick to my stomach that we spent that much on a hotel room to not be able to enjoy our room amenities. $200 may not seem like a lot, but for my husband and I to spend $500 at your resort to not have heat is unacceptable.the property is beautiful and this was my first trip there . We should have known when maintenance was in the condo next to us working and not a single other vehicle was parked in our area but your lodge said it was “full”. That should have been a clue. I have since reached out to the manager and yet to receive a response back.

The scenic views around the lodge and the cleanliness of the rooms. Activities to do outside including corn hole and chess and at night time 2 different areas for a campfire one with propane and the other one natural wood fire
No continental breakfast and the restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday
