    Great cottage ideally situated for visiting historic Northumberland. Katherine was very helpful

    Cottage was located in a nice quiet village and an ideal hub for visiting places of interest. Would recommend Artisan Bakery and Northumberland pub in the village - great food and very hospitable. Our host Katherine was really friendly and very helpful in assisting us and locating some clothes we had accidentally left behind. In all we really enjoyed our stay at Carinya Cottage and the friendly people we met during our stay.

    There was a big selection of DVDs but unfortunately the DVD player didn't work. We didn't go away to watch TV but after traveling and walking all day it would have been nice to relax and watch a film. The signal was very weak just one bar on my phone.

    Superb

    Lovely clean cottage in a very quiet location with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Was an ideal base for visiting local attractions along the coast.
