Quirky layout, but amazingly utilitarian. 5min walk to the beach
Great location for a beach holiday in valencia, not too far from a tram stop and the 99 bus stops near the property. Host was excellent and all the amentities/facilities needed were there, including a hair dryer, washing machine, and stove top. The layout is interesting and quirky, but it does the job and utilises space amazingly. The door is auto locking with a code, so this can be a bit of a mental challenge of getting used to, but is a good option as you don’t need to worry about losing your key at the beach.
Overall a great stay, 8/10. Would have been 10 if it wasn’t for the location of being in front of an allotment with cars parked everywhere and owners not clearing up after their dogs as its a bit of a minefield in that regard. Whilst not the owner’s fault, its something to bear in mind.

Отличное расположение, рядом пляж, большой и чистый, совсем недалеко автобусная остановка и в шаговой доступности супермаркет. У нас не возникло никаких проблем с доступом в квартиру, все инструкции были простыми и понятными. Прямо перед нашим приходом была проведена качественная уборка. Нам всё очень понравилось и мы выражаем большую благодарность персоналу за то, что наш отпуск прошел идеально.
