Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und der Balkon war groß. Es gab ein Hauptbad und eine zweite Toilette mit Waschmaschine, das war sehr praktisch. Von der Unterkunft konnte man direkt zum Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurant, Eisladen sowie einer Patisserie und zur Bushaltestelle, um in die Innenstadt/zum Hafen zu gelangen.
Auf dem Balkon gab es leider nur einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und es war natürlich etwas lauter, da dort sehr viel Verkehr ist.

Новая квартира, с чистым ремонтом, полностью укомплектована. Рядом находится супермаркет, под домом бесплатная парковка. Хозяева лояльные, разрешили оставить чемодан позже времени выселения. Зам углом остановка общественного транспорта, который ездит по городу и есть автобус 119 , который едет в Неаполь в аэропорт.
