    Unacceptable experience

    Location

Terrible customer service and an unacceptable experience This stay showed us that a nice apartment means nothing if the customer service is completely failing when a problem arises. Upon arrival, we discovered that the property only had bedding and towels prepared for 2 guests instead of 3. Even though we contacted the host promptly at 8:01 PM, well before the 9:00 PM check-in deadline, they completely failed to resolve the issue. Because their staff stopped working at 5:00 PM and nobody answered their phones, we were left completely stranded. With outdoor temperatures of 7°C, 1 guest had to spend the night sleeping without a pillow and blanket. When a host makes a mistake, true hospitality is measured by how quickly and effectively they fix it. Instead, the management offered a ridiculous 5 € refund or a discount on a future stay—completely failing to take responsibility or understand the impact of leaving a guest in the cold without basic necessities. Also, the light enters the place as soon as it is daylight, as there are no blinds that block the sun. Avoid this place if you value reliability, comfort, and a host who actually cares about their guests' well-being.
