    Lovely house with great location. Would recommend and would return.

    Spacious house for our weekend away for a 40th birthday. Plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

    The doors do not close properly on the bedrooms, the latches don’t work so not totally private at bedtime. No cutlery basket in the dishwasher.

    Great location, clean, functional. Perfect for our business trip. Great communication from the owner too. Highly recommend.

    Great location. Walking distance to everything. Large comfortable rooms. Had a really great stay with friends. Clean and very spacious. Great dining room also.

    Steps at the back don't have a rail so a tad dangerous if small kids stayed and went out. Had to move the fridge as freezer drawers wouldn't open due to kitchen steps. A very small suggestion only. Couldn't find a bath mat either and so slippery in the shower. Could just be we didn't find it.

    Stunning house, perfectly located for exploring Harrogate.

    The location of property is very central to get around Harrogate on foot and easy to access surrounding areas by car. The house is stunning, clean and comfortable. We stayed with our daughter, her partner and grand children and it was perfect for us all to get together . I would highly recommend this property . We will be using this accommodation next time .

    Very stylish house within easy walking distance of town centre.

    What an amazing house! The 4 double bedrooms are all spacious, each with its own unique character. Loved the decor throughout the house. I’d read some comments in reviews about the kitchen being too small, but we found it more than adequate and has everything you could need. The 2 steps down to it are very steep though. Be warned if you have any mobility problems.

    The only slight niggle (and I’m being picky) was the lack of wardrobe in the largest bedroom. There’s more than enough space for one so was surprised that it’s the only room not to have one. There are, however, ample coat hangers on a coat stand provided so is space to hang clothes.
