    Exceptional

    Barbara & Leo are wonderful Hosts, there hospitality is warm & inviting plus we enjoyed the chats. We would highly recommend Carmel Farmstay & we'll definitely be returning, thanks Barbara & Leo from the Team at Country TV, see you next year.

    The bedrooms are lovely & comfortable, spacious, peaceful & homely. Breakfast each day was excellent - kept my Team very happy & set for the day. Short drive from Te Kuiti, minutes from Piopio.

    Pleasant

    Lovely view from the balcony. Very convenient location for a stopover on the way down to Taranaki.

    Booked and paid for a king deluxe with private bathroom and got given a twin room instead with shared bathroom. Nice breakfast but felt very rushed as the host needed to get away.
