Perfect break in a perfect location
Beautiful cottage in the heart of Charlestown, very clean with all of the amenities you will need for a perfect break, Carole and Malcolm are very good hosts and made sure our stay was perfect

We had a fantastic stay at Carole’s Cottage in Charlestown. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome, taking the time to show us around, explain how everything worked (including lighting the fire), and assuring us they were on hand if we needed anything—though everything went so smoothly we didn’t need to call on them once! It was a beautiful property that was spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a self-catering stay; there wasn't a single item missing. We loved waking up to the peaceful view toward the sea from the bedroom window, and the private back courtyard is a wonderful sun trap—perfect for a quiet morning cup of tea with a good book. The location really offers the best of both worlds. It’s tucked away in a lovely, peaceful spot where you can properly unwind, yet it’s only a 3 - to 5-minute walk down to the beach, local cafes, shops, and restaurants. We highly recommend grabbing a morning coffee and pastry from either Short & Strong or Ten-Ten Coffee! It also serves as an ideal base for exploring wider Cornwall. The Eden Project is just a 15-minute drive away, and other popular spots like Mevagissey, Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Fowey are all within easy driving distance. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Perfect cottage in excellent location
Carols cottage was exactly as described online. It is super clean ,comfy and has all the amenities for a perfect stay. It is a perfect location for Charlestown Harbour and also for exploring the rest of Cornwall.

A glorious week in a superb property
Superb location and wonderful host really made the holiday. Nice few welcome bits and the cottage is wonderfully stocked for an easy time away. Everything has been thought of and any needs were met. Cottage is modern but full of character and exceptionally clean. Utilised the garden and sea view due to the glorious weather. Will definitely be returning.
