    Impeccable.

    Immaculate, fresh interior. Well stocked. A block to the beach. Friendly, helpful host.Will recommend tp friends and family. Carpinteria is a great mid-week break from LA.

    It's a great place to stay.

    The condo looks recently renovated. From the stove to the TV, everything is high quality, and the decor is very tastefully done.The kitchen is very nice and great to cook in.The location is wonderful, and it a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Parking is very convenient, with a gated lot in back, or street parking immediately outside the patio gate. The building was generally very quiet. We enoyed our time in charming Carpinteria and will be staying there again.

    Great place to relax and soak up the ocean and the Carp vibe.

    Location to the ocean and to best food spots is perfect care free vacation

    Conditions of strength becoming a weakness. So many thoughtful ideas have been provided for so many options that the unit feels a bit crowded for any more than two people
