Location - quiet but accessible. Family friendly including a play house and big garden. Homely feel with all ages books, maps and games. Log fire with plenty of wood. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathrooms and bedrooms. Would go back.

Small amount of bathroom maintenance in one shower could be done, but it's great having 2 excellent showers and a downstairs toilet.
