    It was very well located and very spacious

    It was extremely noisy for 2 nights in a row from a bar downstairs. It was loud music and people talking and the windows seemed not to protect at all. When the loud noise stoped you could hear all the cars. The duvets were not clean. The wardrobe did close - they used some cardboard to keep the door closed.

    A peacful getaway with a Roman charm

    This location was PERFECT. City center of Rome. Great coffee shop and restaurants in the hidden alley ways. The space was large. The two rooms were great. One room has great AC the other does not. We liked the rustic feel of the home. It was definitely “older” feeling and had a classic Rome vibe.

    The 3 floors up. Do not book this location if you have knee problems. We booked because we live in a 3 floor place, but this is OLDER 3 floors. The steps going into the apartment are uneven and it’s very dark in the stairwell at certain parts of the day. Just be safe.

    Great location & nice management but we would not return.

    Location was great.

    Very tired property that has not been kept up and it can be very noisy due to busy street (sirens, dogs barking, motorcycles) Limited supplies (no sharp knives, no garbage can in bathroom, no bath/shower soap, and last day was not good. We woke up with no hot water and no response to my messages until 9:30 with check out at 10:00 am. At 8:30 and 9:30, cleaning person came to door (when I confirmed 10:00 check out!). No showers for our last day to catch a plane!
