Nothing - the accommodation cancelled on us and the only reason I knew this was because I phoned to confirm our early check-in.
Terrible customer service. They cancelled our accommodation on the morning we were driving to Wales and did not get in touch with us to give us advance warning. I only found out as I called to confirm early check in.

Terrible! Booking was amended/cancelled without letting us know before we arrived
I’m sure it would have been lovely of we actually got to stay there. We arrived at the property early, I asked if it was possible to check into the property and was told to come back at 3 after specifying we were staying in Cartref. I happily did so and then came back at 3. It was a different person at reception who then said the property was already occupied and then our party of 6 had been moved to a room in the hotel that accommodated 4!!!! I was asked if I had been contacted, which we hadn’t, and was informed the company had recently been taken over. I asked the receptionist what my options were and we were offered overnight accommodation in the hotel which we had no alternative but to accept while we looked for alternatives.
It was clear the first receptionist knew the property was occupied and knowing she was clocking off didn’t want to have a difficult conversation. The staff after that were great in helping us as it clearly wasn’t their fault but it was terrible experience from the moment we arrived. The hotel accommodation we had for the night was basic. Rooms were tired with broken furniture and I wouldn’t have chosen to stay there but had no alternative.

Clean, big space and 3 toilets, comes with spa access
Ground floor toilet smelly, on booking was advertised as 4 bed rooms but it was only 3. Apparently was booking fault.

All of the rooms were very spacious and comfortable Checkin was simple
There were a couple very minor issues; broken ice dispenser on fridge, VERY loose look on one of the bathroom doors (came out of the door handle but still worked)
