The property was clean, accessible, well-equipped, spacious and modern. The property building has an elevator which is helpful for those less able to walk.
It is a residential building and some neighbours are easily aggravated by general noise.

Appartamento ampio, soleggiato, pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i servizi utili (aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, stoviglie in quantità), piuttosto comodo al centro.
Per raggiungere il centro (e potersi spostare da lì) è necessario percorrere un tratto di strada senza marciapiede piuttosto pericoloso dato il traffico principalmente di motorini

Buona pulizia, ma diversi aspetti da migliorare.
La pulizia dell’appartamento.
La stanza con due letti singoli era molto piccola e non era presente nelle foto, quindi non è stato possibile valutarne le reali dimensioni prima dell’arrivo. Eravamo in quattro persone e l’acqua calda della doccia durava pochissimo, rendendo difficile per tutti riuscire a fare la doccia. All’arrivo non abbiamo trovato il kit di cortesia per la doccia né l’acqua. Inoltre, il riscaldamento/aria condizionata non funzionava correttamente in tutte le stanze.
