    Fantastic location, a lovely and very helpful host, and a charming apartment with a nice design. The bed was very comfortable.

    Just a few things to keep in mind: the water pressure in the shower could be better, and as there is no window in the bathroom, the towels can get a little damp. The kitchen is quite basic, so it’s better suited for preparing simple meals rather than proper cooking. We were also a little surprised by the €50 late check-in fee, as there is a lockbox at the property and we wondered whether self check-in could have been an option.

    Ideally located and very central. Air conditioning excellent, WiFi very fast +300 speed. Kitchen had everything you need and you are only maximum 10 minutes from basically anything on the Island with most being 2 mins away. Handy if you want to pop back for a rest, comfort break etc. There are stairs to the apartment. One flight only. The host also went out of his way to accommodate us after a late arrival. Just message them and let them know. Would highly recommend and loved our stay here.

    Nic stay but expected more

    The location is perfect! Close to everything, just right by the market, easy to move around Ortigia. The room is very spacious and quite nicely decorated, there is enough space for luggage. There was water waiting in the fridge. Big thanks to the host for letting us check in early as we were exhausted after our journey to Sicily.

    The bathroom started to smell very quickly, it was very damp. The ventilator was broken (?) and was super loud whenever you turned on the light in the bathroom. The shower was very dark, no shelves and the water pressure was terrible. The room is located on a quiet street but the walls are paper thin. You can hear every word of each person passing by and the neighbours as well. One morning the cleaning lady came in early for the apartment next door and we couldn't sleep listening to her singing and vacuuming. Check out is very early and check in is very late.
