Not keeping the promise of returning the deposit is a deal breaker for us.
The situation, the quiet , the proximity to where we wanted. Clean and plenty of room.
We paid 150pounds as a deposit in case there were damages. We did no damage, not even broke a cup. Yet, nearly a week later we still have not received our money back. This is unacceptable.
