    Overpriced for luxury that did not fill our needs.

    I did not love the lack of privacy, the owner was upstairs and she did stay out of our way but it did not feel exclusive to us. The pool was decently clean, the no AC was pretty unbearable and the fans barely worked. We were also asked to close the second room and bathroom since we did not use it. The property was not flexible with allowing us to stay for 3 vs. 4 days, and we were flexible to only use half of the property we paid for which was disappointing.

    Lovely place to relax and enjoy the view

    The view was stunning and the property exactly as described! We also got lucky enough to meet the owner of the property who was really nice. He clearly treats Casa 61 as his own home! This was our second stay in Madeira and we would happily go back to Casa 61 next time!
