    Poderia ter sido tão mais simples.

    A localização é muito boa.

    A inflexibilidade cega. Pedi se seria possivel um late checkout. Perguntaram para que horas? Sugeri 17h30. Responderam que só me poderiam facultar uma hora mais do que o estipulado . ( se já sabiam que só poderiam passar das 11h30 para as 12h30, para quê perguntar ao cliente?). Mas a saga continua. Sugiro pagar um valor pelas 5 horas a mais que estou a pedir. A maioria dos hoteis dão o late checkout quando não têm entradas para o dia seguinte. Mas enfim, aceitava pagar metade do valor da estadia por umas meras 5 horas. Responderam que não podiam. Que eram as regras. E que não podiam mudar as regras. Estavamos na véspera de tarde. Não tinham reserva para o alojamento. Ou seja: numa noite de domingo para segunda, em Outubro, Castelo Branco, preferem ficar com o quarto vazio e ganhar zero do que receber 40 euros ou simplesmente serem agradáveis com um cliente. Deste modo, não só perderam oportunidade de serem agradáveis como foram profundamente desagradáveis, com intransigências irracionais.
