    STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE HOST!

    The apartment itself was pretty neat and it was good to have a place to sleep.

    It wasn't communicated before making a non-refundable booking that the kitchen is shared and that the host requires to use WhatsApp for communication to access the property and for any further communication. So aparently the host never heard of GDPR during the last six years and uses her power to not let you into the room without giving you your money back if you don't comply with what you didn't sign up for. If you call the phone number provided, it won't be answered. FOR ANYONE CARING ABOUT THEIR SANITY AND PRIVACY, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO STAY HERE! Only cold water is available in a tiny shower in a small bathroom without ventilation. I don't see how this could be suitable for disabled guests as described. It got very warm and no air condition could cool the bedroom to help you sleep well. Also you get lots of photos and video regarding how to get into the room when the process could have been easily described by text with just one to two sentences. You are not told that the key to access the appartment is shared with other guests and it is imputed to you that you steal the key if you don't know what you're not told. No deposit refunded even after more than a month without letting you know why.

    NON CONSIGLIATO// PÉSIMO // ZONA DI LADRI .

    Zona imposible parchegiare Mi hanno rubato 2 notte di seguito Zona pericolosa Parcheggiare la macchina e pericoloso. Mi hanno graffiato la macchina strada stretta, piazza che consiglia il titolare è pericolosa . NO INTERO APPARTAMENTO. BAGNO STRETTO STRETTO/SENZA VENTILAZIONE CASA CONDIVISA LA STESSA CHIAVE APRE TUTTE LE PORTE NON È SICURA

    Ela cancelou a reserva uma hora antes do Check in falando que tinha problema com a água do apartamento e depois me ligou falando que era pra cancela e pagar a ela lá a vista não pelo booking depois falou que tinha outra apartamento pra mim .. eles são furada! NÃO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM!
