Die Wohnung war hervorragend. Alles war außergewöhnlich sauber und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht – alles, was man während des Aufenthalts brauchen könnte, war vorhanden, sodass man sich wie zu Hause fühlte. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, korrekt und äußerst pünktlich. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass er uns nicht nur erklärt hat, wo wir parken können, sondern sogar mit seinem eigenen Auto vorausgefahren ist und uns persönlich den besten Parkplatz gezeigt hat, da dieser etwas weiter entfernt lag. Ein Service, der keineswegs selbstverständlich ist. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
Einziger Nachteil war, dass die kostenlosen Parkplätze nicht in direkter Nähe waren.»

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!
Die Wohnung ist ruhig im idyllischen Strand- und Hafenviertel von Porto Maurizio gelegen, zum Meer sind es wenige Schritte. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet. Betten, Matratzen bestens.
Es war alles ok und wie erwartet.

Yes, we met the host directly and he gave us the keys and explained everything. Emanuele is a very lovely host!
It is "complaining" on a very high level, so the possible downsides could be: * It is not calm and quiet, meaning the windows are not soundproof. Many people would need earplugs for the night time * The boiled for warm water is not huge so it is better to shower at different times of the day. Imho it is realistic in the morning to have warm water for two people max
