    L'emplacement est très bien. Les équipements sont aussi très bien.

    Le seul point à améliorer sont les fenêtres qui ne sont pas très performantes pour isoler du bruit extérieur. Même si le secteur est très calme, la nuit du vendredi a été un peu bruyante.
