Incredible location, couldn't be better. Flat was clean and comfy. Very happy with my stay

Instruction on how to get in were mostly great but had to call to ask how to get in the front door (required pulling the door in before pushing), which is fine but probably better for the host if they're not getting calls about it.

Misleading commercial listing backed by unhelpful customer support.

Nothing. The booking process was misleading, and customer support failed to resolve basic property misrepresentation issues prior to arrival.

The property operates under a completely different commercial name than advertised, with documented severe cleanliness and dust issues presenting health concerns. Additionally, customer service promised compensation options upon host default but subsequently refused to honor their written commitments.
