First rate accommodation, in all respects.

Excellent modern apartment, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Communications with host was very good. Issue with fuse blowing and trip switch needing reset dealt with immediately by messaging. Location just inside the walls and overlooking a pleasant garden and some historical buildings.

    Nothing at all.

Apartment was very spacious, clean and excellent air conditioner. Very secure as was in an apartment complex with security gates as well as locked door into apartments. Close to an access point for the wall and only a short walk to main shopping & restaurants. Staff were excellent at communication and responded quickly.

    Noting, everything was great

    Cleanliness and peaceful

Bed could have been more comfortable perhaps not memory foam. Undisclosed charge for air conditioning.

Apartment should not be rented out in that condition. Loved Lucca.

    The position and view

Far too many things needed mending or replacing, no Wi-Fi for a week when I arrived, 2 weeks of noise from building work in flat above. Flat details out of date.
