Climatisation
Logement séparé en 2 parties sur un même palier, peu pratique de traverser le palier a chaque fois que l’on veut rejoindre ou la chambre ou la cuisine, au risque de croiser le voisin du dessus.. ce n’était par ailleurs pas précisé dans l’annonce. La douche n’est également pas propre (moisissures)

La propriétaire est très gentille et patiente. Elle donne pleins d’infos précieuses et elle super réactive au téléphone. C’est un grand appartement on se croirait à la maison dans un autre pays!
