    Im Casa Alan gibt es sehr viel Platz. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist schön und vorallem am Abend ist es dort sehr idyllisch und erholsam. Da wir das Haus für alleine hatten und es auf der Straße abends und nachts kaum Verkehr gibt, war es angenehm ruhig. Den kaputten Sonnenschirm hat die freundliche Vermieterin zeitnah ersetzt. Der Kontakt mit ihr per WhatsApp war dank Übersetzungsprogramm problemlos.

    Was die Wohnung für uns noch aufgewertet hätte,wären ein paar Steckdosenadapter mehr und wegen der abendlichen Mücken vorallem Fliegengitter, zumindest an den Schlafzimmerfenstern.

    Alles in allem war alles da für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

    Der Seeblick war sehr schön und am Berg war es glückerweise 2°-3° kühler. Auch war es meistens sehr ruhig und da das Grundstück umzäunt ist brauchte man sich keine Sorgen um Hund und Kleinkind machen ....

    Die Einzelbetten im 2.Zimmer waren unbequem..

    Cosy house with lake view

    Quiet neighbourhood, the house is 2 km up from Gera Lario with beautiful views. Fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine is also provided). Nice terrase area with sunbeds.

    Very good

    House is very spacious. The outdoor area and view are great. Host is very responsive. One room with a double bed and another with two singles and a bunk bed.

    The town is very quiet with not much to do, although bus links to local towns are great. Walk back from town is quite long and uphill - this place is ideal if you have a car.
