Todo en muy buen estado, y limpio. Excelente la ropa de blanco, los electrodomésticos, la grifería. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa. La anfitriona muy cálida y siempre atenta a los huéspedes.
La bomba de agua hace un ruido bastante molesto, en los momentos en que se usa el agua, lavado de platos o ducha, deberían instalarla fuera de la casa.
