Lovely quiet villa.
Very well equipped kitchen. Nice style villa, gardens, pool, etc. Good seating areas. Efficient AC. Very quiet and relaxing. Good BBQ.
Seemed further away from amenities than suggested in the blurb. Quite a problem with mosquitos. Couldn't use the table near the BBQ because of them. Had to collect and return the keys to Javea Holidays office which was the other side of town.... Why not a key safe outside the villa gate?

Overall a good stay
Very good size villa, plenty of space for 6 adults in both communal and private areas, set in large grounds with good size pool and outside area. Javea Holidays were great to deal with, very easy process of check-in/out and answering any enquires we had.
The general location and access may be problematic for some. Villa is a little tired inside and is located up a steep hill accessed via very narrow single track roads. the Lush grounds also means lots of mosquitos and wasps to contend with.

Beautiful villa and looking forward to my next stay
Perfect location wonderful views garden was perfect for my dog to roam freely as secure enclosed grounds. Facilities were fantastic with the games rooms my nephews loved it and were kept busy whilst at the villa The villa agents were exceptional throughout our stay super helpful
Only issue was we only had the one fob for the gated entrance to the driveway which proved challenging when we were off out doing things apart

Lugar estupendo para quedarse en Jávea. Quedamos maravillados!
La vista panorámica. La belleza del jardín exterior. El buen gusto y refinamiento de la decoración interior. Sala de juegos en el sótano.
El check-out es un poco temprano a las 10am.
