Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Gerade die Küche überzeugt mit der Ausstattung. Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung auch Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Kathedrale sowieder Playa Santa Maria del Mar und der Bahnhof sind schnell zu Fuß erreicht.
Der Check-In war etwas kompliziert, da man die Wohnungstür über eine App öffnet, im Hausflur aber kein Mobilfunkempfang vorhanden war. Die direkte Umgebung der Wohnung war nicht so ansprechend. Die Couch sowie die Matratzen eines der beiden Betten waren schon sehr durchgelegen.
