    Great location, but serious maintenance and cleanliness issues

    Great location close to the beach in a quiet and safe area. The outdoor space was spacious and enjoyable for relaxing and having a churrasco with friends.

    The property had several cleanliness and maintenance issues. There appeared to be a termite infestation in multiple rooms, and we encountered cockroaches in one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms had black mold, and the churrasco equipment was dirty and rusted. The Wi-Fi only worked properly on the first day and was unusable for the rest of the stay. Additionally, basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap and laundry detergent were empty, despite the listing stating they were provided.
