Amazing views
Good location, very spacious, well equipped house and most important, amazing views over the city 🫶🏼. The pool, gaming room and BBQ area are top spots. You can really relax after a busy day on the island. Amazing communication with the owners. I highly recommend this property.

Seemed great but not even close
House could be nice with some care from the owners.
At first everything seemed nice and organised. Team whats up with pre formed messages. But all changes when we arrived Key box stuck nobody answered in our calls and messages next answer was 15 hours later. In a very big house there was not air conditioning or central heat only some portable heaters in the bedrooms that were not enough of course. 600 euros refundable prepayment for damages. Or 90 non refundable for 2 days. This has never happened to us before. Pool supposed to be heated but it was not. And then another big issue is that the house was empty with no amenities. Not even a bottle of water and only some salt stuck for months in a rusted container. Totally disappointed. The answers after our issues were funny at least. Lucas holiday rentals was really not to be trusted. I don't recommend at all.

A great location just outside of main Funchal. The villa was clean, and spacious. We weren't bothered by any city noises at night, so slept great. The personnel was helpful with local tips.
