    Neues Haus im Neubaugebiet

    Haus gepflegt, Klimaanlage, gute Ausstattung, etwa 20 Minuten zum Strand, zur Altstadt aber deutlich weiter

    Nebenan Baustelle, die noch einige Jahre da sein wird. Grosses Baugebiet. Keine Info vorab. Garten relativ klein und einsichtig. Liegen ok, aber auch nicht mehr.

    Tolles Haus, aber Baulärm und null Privatsphäre trüben den Aufenthalt massiv.

    Das Haus selbst ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung war sauber, äußerst üppig vorhanden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind modern und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt im Inneren des Hauses sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

    Grundstück (Betonpumpen, schweres Gerät) ab 08:00 Uhr morgens getrübt. Besonders störend war die völlig aufgehobene Privatsphäre am Pool, da Bauarbeiter vom direkt angrenzenden Rohbau aus freie Sicht auf die Terrasse hatten. Die betreuende Agentur reagierte auf unsere Reklamation leider extrem unprofessionell, wenig lösungsorientiert und sogar mit persönlichen Vorwürfen, statt die offensichtliche Beeinträchtigung anzuerkennen.
