    A lovely, authentic apartment away from the crowds

    The apartment is in a lovely old building just on the other side of the river to the old town. Because it's on the corner of the top floor it has lots of light and french doors on two sides with a little balcony. It's really nicely decorated. Pier the host is very helpful and responsive and helped carry my suitcase up! His suggestions for cafes etc were really good.

    A couple of very minor things... There was only hand soap in the bathroom. No toiletries in the shower which was a bit inconvenient and only one, quite thin, bath towel and a hand towel for two nights. The lighting in the main room could be a bit brighter. It's a bit dark once the sun goes down.

    Owner was supportive. Gave advices for restaurants and caffees. Only 7 min from the center just accross the river.

    Microwave is not present, so would be good to have it. We used oven instead.
