    Excellent location and rooms (size, amenities). Staff is fantastic. Regular visitor and will stay again though the experience this time was a little dampened.

    Very poor wifi, clogged drains, rooms that hadn't been cleaned properly, no food due to unavailability of the cook, not even a bottle opener because the one that they had was in some other customer's room. I have come here before and the experience has generally been far superior than what we got this time.
