A clean, pleasant, and very well located apartment at a good price.

Location was excellent, right in the Piazza Communale, near shops, bars, trattorias. Living and bedroom were clean and well outfitted; galley kitchen area up to date.

The proximity of the apartment to the Piazza was such that at times there was noise, especially late at night when the bars closed and very early in the morning when the deliveries arrived. The little piazzetta in whiih the building stands was in shadow virtually all day, but so is much of Cortona, Siena, and Arezzo.
