Une maison calme, très propre mais chère.
La propreté, l’équipement, l’accueil, le calme, la prise de repas àl’extérieur, la vue.
Le prix élevé, la difficulté d’occupation pour 2 groupes distincts pour cause de potentielle promiscuité, la décoration un peu kitch.

Difficult to relax with the and take in the beautiful city due to the complications
The property was perfectly located for easy walks into town for a beautiful dinner and explore of the town.
The property advertises that street parking is available for a fee but doesn’t mention that the parking length is max 2 hours. When you’re staying at a property on a holiday. The last thing you want to do is to make sure you are running out every two hours to pay for another ticket. Also, the chances of getting a parking spot available each and every day is like playing Russian roulette. The property also advertises that there is air conditioning in both rooms but, unfortunately it’s at a cost of 1€ for 2.5hrs. Now I understand that this can be common but for the price point of the stay. It’s ridiculous! Myself and my fiancé made the decision to cut our stay here short as the stress of the parking situation was ruining our time to enjoy the trip. It was really unfortunate.

Fantastic location with amazing views!!
The view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for exploring Soller and the surrounding regions. It was very spacious, with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen. Enrique was lovely!!
No where did we realize you would have to pay 1€ coins every time you wanted to use the AC. Given it said the property had air conditioning, we assumed that was a given. If you come by car there is no parking and the parking lot next door is usually always full which is quite stressful! It was very vertical - it’s spread over 4 levels so if you’re not very mobile, avoid this property!
