  "My little house in Monopoli"

  A cozy and charming house in the historic center, situated in a quiet location and just a short walk from the sea. I felt right at home. I would like to thank Filippo for providing a wonderful stay in Monopoli. Thank you!

  Tágas óvárosi szállás. Az ilyen ritka kincs.❤️ Örökmozgó gyerkőccel szuperül éreztük magunkat. Az apartman tiszta, remekül felszerelt. A szállasadó nagyon segítőkész. Kis belső udvarral. Csodálatos!

  Nice and clean but I will look for another one next time

  We are traveling around Italy again. The apartment is: Great location, large apartment, beautiful interiors; clean, plenty of towels, new air conditioning. Nice and clean but I will look for another one next time. The photo suggests a private terrace, but in fact it is a table used by local neighbors. It is currently undergoing renovations, so it is noisy and dirty. It is indeed dark in the apartment, but it is not hot even with the air conditioning turned off.

  There were no basics in the kitchen: salt, pepper, coffee, no stock toilet paper; no dishwasher. There are a lot of stairs in the apartment: the entrance and also the bathroom. I didn't like contact with the owner - I sent my and my wife's ID but... sending photos of 2 sides of your ID is simply dangerous - data protection applies. I didn't feel like a guest but like an intruder. If the owner doesn't trust the guests, the business needs to change.

  Charming Old Town Apartment

  We recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town of Monopoli, and we were thoroughly impressed. Nestled on the charming pedestrian streets right next to the Cattedrale Maria Santissima della Madia, the location couldn't be more perfect for exploring the historic area. The apartment itself is situated on the ground floor, providing convenient access, and it even features a little shared terrace/patio where you can relax and soak in the atmosphere. Inside, the living room and bedroom are both very spacious, offering a nice sitting area, a great dining area, an LCD TV and even some toys for kids. Despite its compact size, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Additionally, the apartment is fitted with air conditioning units in both the bedroom and the living room, ensuring a comfortable stay in the warmer months and also in the colder periods. Overall, this apartment provided a wonderful and comfortable base for my visit to Monopoli. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the old town!

  It would be great if the apartment had more natural light. A dishwasher would also be a welcome addition to the kitchen, and a larger bathroom would enhance the overall comfort of the stay.
