    The location was perfect for exploring the town. The bed is very comfortable.

    The door sticks at the entrance constantly which leaves one in a quandary as whether it will open or not. The hall is very shabby and smells of food constantly The neighbours try to blame guests for incorrect garbage disposal though the owner was v quick to defend us. Its not a place for the elderly or anyone with a disability as the taxi cannot get to the building and its difficult to pull bags quite a distance over the cobbles…then ts 50 steps up to the apartment in the attic. We were v prudent with Aircon but it was boiling every time we returned. The toilet flush needs to be repaired. Its very dated The balcony is not a pleasant place.

    Location was fantastic, gorgeous apartment - modern, clean but in a historic building in the old town, right by the cathedral

    The key box was fiddly, the bin system and expectation was a bit too much, and we would have liked a few toiletries.
