    Travaux de construction d'un nouvel immeuble juste en face de notre location donc beaucoup de bruit, gêne et poussière du matin au soir, c'est vraiment dommage.

    nice apartment with some negatives

    the location is very good, close to the beach. Also the pool is very good for families with kids.

    there are several points, which should improve: 1, all people at the office, which gives keys and make the checkin and check out speaks just Spanish. Maybe it is enough for Spanish tourists, but as I saw, there are a lot of international visitors as well. 2, is not mentioned that there is a construction going on in a near proximity of the apartment. Actually may be 10m away from the balcony, there is a construction of a 3. And 4. building with apartments. The construction is noisy from 8 a.m till 8 p,m. so sitting on the terrace and enjoying morning coffee is not possible. May be in 1-2 years, it will be better.
