Good
Excellent location, very close to the Malecon. Housekeeper was very helpful with lock combination on our arrival. Accommodations were very clean. Wonderful to have filtered water available on arrival. Very good value for money if you can get past the quirks.
We really would have liked a space heater and/or additional blankets. The bedding was a bit skimpy and we got very cold during the night. Instructions on the mini split would have been helpful as we could only get the fan to operate, no heat. Also, it was not problematic but the bathroom is outside of the flat, a bit challenging for us older folks!

We loved our stay; this place has everything you need and nothing you don't. Convenient keypad entry. Most comfortable bed we found in Baja! Steps from the centro but surprisingly quiet. Well equipped kitchen for cooking/eating in, with pans & utensils that are actually in good shape (unlike most rentals). Comfortable living area and nice, private outdoor sitting area. The washing machine was a huge bonus. Solymar was very clear with instructions and prompt with communications. We would love to stay here again.
It would be nice to have a small indoor dining table for times when the weather isn't conducive to eating outdoors. The bathroom is actually separate, a few steps from the front door, and can be a bit chilly at night. This did not bother us at all but it might be a consideration for some.
