    Maison en plein cœur de ville emplacement exceptionnel

    Emplacement très central en plein cœur de ville Tavira, accès facile à tout commerces restaurants bateau pour Praia Tavira. Le logement est charmant avec séjour + 2 chambres, et une terrasse sur les toits où nous avons adoré prendre notre petit déjeuner au soleil. Bien équipé (vaisselle, TV wifi, etc...) Literie est très confortable. Excellent accueil par notre hôte Marco. Bon rapport qualité prix.

    Maison sur 3 niveaux donc il faut être à l'aise pour monter/descendre les étages, quelques équipements sont cassés (parasol etc...), propreté ok mais odeur tenace dans la salle de bain, parking gratuit mais à quelques centaines de mètres.

    Logement au calme à 2 pas du centre-ville

    L’emplacement. Réaction rapide du propriétaire à propos d’un problème de douche.

    Besoin d’un nettoyage de fond de l’appartement et contrôler l’état du matériel mis à disposition. La porte d’entrée ne se ferme pas à clef.

    Unerklärlich die hohe Bewertung für Casa Barella II

    Die Lage mitten in Tavira hat uns gut gefallen. Auch die Parkplatzsitzation war entspannr, da es in der Nähe einige Gratis-Parklatzareale gibt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig.

    Die Wohnung ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Vieles ist kaputt oder so schmutzig, das es nicht brauchbar ist. Toaster, Pfannen, Waschnaschine werden/wurden wohl noch nie gereinigt und sehen entsprechend aus. Auch das Badezimmer und WC sind schmutzig. Die Terasse ist ebenso ungepflegt und schon wegen der Abluft der AC kaum nutzbar. Schade, man könnte viel daraus machen. Aber so ist es reine Abzocke!
