I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the linens were fresh and high-quality. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care from the entire team. First off...Mitch was an absolute top notch host! Very accommodating and a wealth of knowledge for us 1st time travelers to Siargao! The grounds were beautiful, well kept and relaxing finishes! There was a little construction going on next door but it didn't bother is much. The location is about 5 minutes tuk tuk ride to General Luna city center where you'll find LOTS of shops, restaurants, bars, wellness centers etc! Book your stay with Mitch at Casa Basa, enjoy Siargao by day and a relaxing swim in their new pool during the evening hours! You'll enjoy your accommodations without a doubt! =)
