The location was very close to everything.

Sehr zetral und doch ruhig
Die Wohnung ist groß (große Küche mit kleinem Esstisch, großes Bad mit großer Dusche, ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung und Gepäck) und sehr gut gelegen, um die Innenstadt mit ihren Touristenattraktionen zu Fuß zu erkunden (del Capo Markt ist keine 300m entfernt). Die Erreichbarkeit mit Flughafenbus ist ebenfalls sehr gut (ca. 10min/700m vom Politeama Theater). Trotz dieser guten Lage ist es ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Vermieterin hat uns den Code für den Schlüsselkasten kurz vor Ankunft mitgeteilt. Für Fragen war sie über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat recht zügig geantwortet.
Die Wohnung war für unser empfinden etwas dunkel (nur eine schmale verglaste Doppeltür auf den französischen Balkon in der Küche, so dass man auch tagsüber Licht in der Wohnung machen musste. Nachts ist die Straße, in der der Eingang zur Wohnung liegt, wenig befahren und kaum beleuchtet, was einem Anfangs etwas ungewohnt vorkommen mag. Leider kann man sein Gepäck nach Check-Out nicht beim Vermieter / in der Wohnung lassen bis man sich wieder auf den Weg zum Flughafen macht. Am Ende der Straße (30m von der Wohnung) haben wir allerdings einen "Kipoint" (Poststelle) gefunden, der durchgehend geöffnet ist und wo man Gepäck gegen akzeptable Gebühr (bei uns ca. 8€/Gepäckstück) aufbewahren lassen kann

Bisognerebbe scrivere per correttezza che ci sono due rampe di scale x raggiungere l'appartamento e una camera ha il bagno privato FUORI dalla camera

Tutto super
Struttura sita in un’ottima posizione tranquilla la sera ma veramente vicina al centro storico praticamente dietro al teatro Massimo. Host veramente attento a tutto camera pulitissima e ordinata e appartamento ristrutturato benissimo pari al nuovo. Lo consiglio a tutti io ci sono stato con due bambini molto piccoli
