    Très belles vacances à sesimbra. Merci.

    Magnifique vue, tout confort et très bien équipé. Parking en sous-sol un vrai plus à sesimbra.

    Nécessite la voiture pour descendre à la plage car petite portion de route un peu dangereuse.

    Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar ein Sonnenschirm (den wahrscheinlich Gäste da gelassen haben) für den Strand war da. Leider ist der versprochene Strand 50 m fußläufig nicht vorhanden, man kann nur mit dem Auto ca. 2km zum überfullten Stadtstrand fahren, ohne Parkplätze. Völlig falsche Angaben in der Expertise. Die Klimaanlage war nur im Wohnzimmer, was für sehr warme Nächte bis zum Schlafzimmer nicht ausreicht.

    Es befindet sich,wie wir erfahren haben, schon seit zwei Jahren eine große Baustelle direkt vor dem Objekt. Es stehen zwei Krane direkt im Sichtfeld und es ist von 8-18:00Uhr Baulärm, Schmutz und eine zu geparkte Anfahrtstraße. Das ist eine Frechheit, dass man auf so eine Beeinträchtigung nicht hingewiesen wird und es auch keinerlei einlenken des Vermieters gab.

    Hluk ze stavby

    Apartmán jako takový je v pořádku a dobře vybavený.

    V sezóně 2026 probíhá přímo před domem stavba, která velmi ruší. Denně 8-18 bez pauzy na siestu. Není seriózní na to klienta neupozornit. Sezóna 2026 je zde opravdu ztracená a pro rok 2027 bych byla velmi opatrná. Velký problém je také parkování.
