  Casa Bella è stato un piacevole soggiorno!

  Appartamento accogliente e luminoso, con arredi nuovi e dal design moderno, offre tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Pulito e con letti comodi. Vicino a Viale Vittorio Veneto dove si trovano negozi e supermercato. Abbiamo mangiato dei buonissimi arancini presso “Arancinissimi e Cannollissimi” che consigliamo. L’ host è stata gentile e premurosa Consigliatissimo per chi desidera visitare Catania in tranquillità. Ci ritorneremo senza dubbio!

  Una sorpresa, ottimo appartamento, super soddisfatto!!!

  Appartamento pulito e ordinato, tutti i mobili nuovi, bagni accessoriati con phon presente e nuovo. Cucina a induzione nuova con tutti gli accessori, bollitore e forno a microonde, televisore. Ottimo portone di entrata,con serratura elettrica, porta blindata con apertura a codice molto sicura, cosa da non dare per scontata! Ottima la posizione,a due passi da Corso Italia. Ottima pizzeria sotto casa, 4 minuti a piedi, supermercato, panificio sotto casa. Consigliatissimo!!!!

  Uncomfortable

  Was clean!

  We did NOT enjoy our stay at this place. The accommodation was extremely uncomfortable. While it’s advertised as having two bathrooms, in reality, there’s only one full bathroom and one half-bath, and both are located far from the bedrooms, which was very inconvenient for two couples. The worts thing was the host that was quite stressful to deal with. She began asking for documents , she send me so many messages a week before our arrival and then insisted we pay €16 in cash the day before check-in, which added unnecessary pressure, she want me to go to the bank because she want cash ! She made such a big deal for €16 ! When we arrived, getting access to the house took an unreasonably long time she has cameras all over and she starts asking questions one by one , her English is very difficult to understand, thank god we have someone who understood Italian in the group , otherwise we will be in the entrance forever ! The shower is extremely small, the water pressure is terrible, and the drain was clogged. We informed the host, but she refused to take responsibility. We booked this place expecting two functional bathrooms, which was misleading — only one shower is available. On top of that, the location is far from downtown, making everything less convenient. Before you leave she gives you a lots of instructions and ask you to leave extra money for the cleaning lady! Not recommended at all!
