La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La terraza/ patio está muy bien. Es un sitio muy tranquilo en temporada de verano. Tiene una parada de bus muy cerca.
No tengo ningún comentario negativo.

An exceptional villa, not far from the city centre, yet located in a peaceful and beautiful setting.
The villa is exceptional—spacious, with 4 separate bedrooms, several bathrooms, a front garden, and a huge terrace with beautiful views, dining and coffee seating areas. It is located on higher ground outside the city centre, which is a big plus if you want easy parking (free) and a peaceful place to sleep. A taxi to the Old Town cost us €12 and took about 10 minutes. There are also city buses available. San Sebastián is an incredibly beautiful city, with so much to offer—culture, history, amazing food, beaches, and more. We visited during Semana Grande, when the city was absolutely packed with people and there were events everywhere, including fireworks every evening. The fireworks could be seen wonderfully from the villa. We were lucky to be close enough to enjoy all the excitement and atmosphere, while still being able to return to such a beautiful and peaceful place. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this villa!
